Tech. $24,000 Reduction in <br /> Salaries H S staff <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Paxton, to <br /> approve the FY98 budget transfers as noted above. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> 7.11 JanuM Suspensions - During the month of January, 20 <br /> students committed disciplinary infractions that resulted in out-of- <br /> school suspensions. Five involved multiple disciplinary <br /> infractions. There were three Saturday School Office Detention <br /> sessions with a total of 79 students scheduled to attend. <br /> At this point, Mrs. Lynch gave her Safe Transportation Task Force <br /> report. (See page 12). <br /> 7.12 ,Special Education Legislation - Dr. DeMoura reported on a <br /> meeting held in Falmouth on February 3rd with Representative <br /> Rawlins who discussed the proposed special education legislation. <br /> He gage an overview stating it's a movement towards a federal <br /> standard, however, there will be more work involved, not less <br />
