MASHP E SCHOOL COMMITTEE - REGULAR MEETING - OCTOBER 7, 1998 PAGE 13 <br /> 10.2 External Reports <br /> 10.2.1 Cape Cod Collaborative - Mrs. Mills said there has <br /> been a chane in the amount of dollars and number of <br /> children; caseloads are lover but more difficult. <br /> 10.2.2 Leisure Services - Ms. Macdonald said there was no <br /> meeting held due to Town Meeting, however, there will <br /> be a meeting on October 13, 1998. <br /> 10.2.3 Legislation - Mrs. Cook said the minimum amount o <br /> school aid is $100 per student. <br /> 10.2.4 Safe 'Transportation 'bask ,Force - Mrs. Lynch said a <br /> meeting was held on September 22, 1998. she <br /> thanked those parents who attended. At the October <br /> 15th meeting she will suggest devising an agenda for <br /> the first Safe Transportation 'bask Force meeting each <br /> year and a for that those who would like to speak <br /> would complete that will allow any driver in <br /> attendance to respond to any complaint/suggestion. <br /> Also, discussion followed on dispatchers must be in <br /> the Mashpee office, not Hyannis as per contract; <br /> principals to rate drivers Mice each year; the <br /> numbering of buses; day care centers cannot have <br /> buses change their stops to their location. <br /> 10.2.5 Personnel Committee - Mr. Saxton said meetings are <br /> scheduled on an as-needed" basis. <br /> 10-2.6 Booster's Club-- Mrs. Lynch said the Booster's Club <br /> Dance held at New seaburr Country Club on October <br /> 2nd was success. she also thanked advertisers for <br /> contributing to the football games program. <br /> 10-2.7 Education Foundation - Mrs. Cook attended a meeting <br /> held on September 27, 1998 where grants were <br /> discussed. She thanked this committee for their <br /> generous donation of$800 for the Summer School. <br /> 10.2.8 Menu Advisory Committee -- IIs. Macdonald attended a <br /> meeting held on September 28th. Items of discussion <br /> included the increase of orange juice from $-09 to <br />
