MAS EPEE PUBLIC SCHOOLS <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> NOVEMBER 2, 1998 <br /> Minutes <br /> Attendees: Chairwoman Theresa Cool , Stephen Paxton, Maryanne Macdonald, Kathleen <br /> Lynch, and Janice Mills. Also in attendance were Interim Superintendent William <br /> MacDonald, Sheryl Obuehon, and Ted O'Rourke. <br /> The executive session was called to order by Mrs. Cook at 8:50 p.m. in high school <br /> conference room B 103. <br /> Discussion focused on the following-, <br /> Grievance # MHS 9902 - After much discussion, a motion made by Mrs. Lynch, <br /> seconded by Mr. Paxton, to revert to the past practice of time card punch in and <br /> punch out procedures. <br /> Roll Call Vote: In favor - Mr-s. Cook, Mr. Paxton, Ms. Macdonald, Airs. Lynch, <br /> and Mrs. Mills; opposed -- none. <br /> Medicaid Secretary- no action was taken. <br /> On a motion made by Mrs. Mills, seconded by Ms. Macdonald, the executive session <br /> adjourned at 9:45 p.m. <br /> RoU Call Vote: In favor - Mrs. Cook, Mr. Paxton, Ms. Macdonald, Mrs. Lynch, and Mr-s. <br /> Mills; opposed - none. <br /> Respectfully r submitted, <br /> Marjorie R.
