The Program <br /> Balance totaled$90,599. <br /> Ms. Macdonald asked to be inforrned of any maintenance costs over <br /> $1,000. Mr. MacDonald will discuss this issue with Linda warren, <br /> Food Service Director. <br /> 7.3 Enrollments -- Ir. MacDonald informed the Committee of the <br /> following student enrollments: Coombs School - 15; Quashnet <br /> Valley - 457; Quashnet River - 398; I1 ashpee High School - 1; <br /> Falmouth High School 70 reflecting a total of 2,121. Cape Cod Tech <br /> enrollments in grades -12 total 49. <br /> In response to a question cling a previous meeting regarding <br /> There do students who withdraw from 11 ashpee and/or Falmouth <br /> High School go to, Mr. MacDonald said during the past two months, <br /> ten students have left Mashpee High School with eight of those <br /> students moving out of district and to withdrew due to poor <br /> attendance and love grades. The ithd.r Tal of four~ Falmouth igh <br /> School students from November were due to non-attendance, <br /> attending might school and moving out ofMashpee. <br /> 7.4 Facilities Report - Facilities Supervisor Don Cook updated <br /> the Committee on maintenance issues at the various schools. The <br /> included the following: <br /> Y2K UPDATE: The following systems are verified as Y2K compliant: <br /> ih SchoolL Intelligent lighting controllers, Faraday master clock, <br /> employee.time clock, Trace Tracer controls (with upgrade), Johnson <br /> Metasys controls Frith upgrade). <br /> Oa shnet.Schools: Honeywell controls for HVAC, employee time <br /> clock. <br />
