Mr. Carter seconded the motion. . All were in favor. Mr. - Gottlieb moved that all the override and exemptions be placed n the June 11 , 1988 ballot subject to thea receiving the necessary town meeting approval as individual- uestio.n-s . Mr, Canter seconded the motion. All . were in favor. 2 . Mr. Carter moved to approve request #88-18 from COM Electric from to locate seven poles on Lovell' s Lane. Mr. Hanson seconded the motion. All wer6 in favor. 3 . Communication from Cemetaiy Commission regarding a vendor selling his wares on the corner of Route 28 and Meetinghouse Road. Memberships to employees are not acceptable all agreed. . Mr. Carter moved that Stetson Hall serve on the Upper Cape Proposal Review ommis i n . Mr. Gottlieb seconded the motion . All were in favor. . Mr. Carter moved that Mr. Anthony Sciarrillo and Mrs , Lynne Mora a e anointed as alternate members to the Paas & Recreation Advisory Commission. Mr. Hanson seconded the motion. All were in favor. 7 . Mr. Lawrence moved to approve an agreement between Timothy Maloney and the town for the 1987 South Cape Beach Concessionaire . All were in favor, Mr. Hanson stated that Mr. Maloney' s check was inadequate and that with the 10% increase it should he $522 . 50 . All agreed the check should not be accepted until the full amount is received.
