The Board noted a communication from the Department of Environmental <br /> Managed in regard to. the Dam . Report , Mr. Virgilio was advised <br /> that a response is necessary in 30 days. <br /> 9 , The Board discussed a letter from Joaquim J . Gomes r lative to <br /> lot #18 , Orchard Road in Mas-hpee, Mr. Murphy was requested o <br /> direct the Assessor' s Office to respond to the Board relative t <br /> this property. <br /> 1 . The Board noted the Marine water Quality Task Force Report submitted <br /> y Ernie Virgilio. The Board also noted that Ernie Virgilio <br /> expressed thank to all those who assisted in the preparation of <br /> the report . <br /> OTHER <br /> 1 , Mr. Hanson requested to clarity issues discussed at the Attaquin <br /> Park Hearing relative to the DPW and Police Department , <br /> a.
