Hendricks informed the Board that the locks have been installed on the gate and the brush on the hills has been cut. Mrs . Jacobson stated that she would work with the Committee at their next meeting to come up with a new proposal for gate locking procedures . . Lincoln DeMoura attended with members of the School Committee to advise the Board of the 1i can i a l needs of the Schoc,0 Committee.. Dr. Ieora indicated that based upon projections the new school. ill e at a ' in S tem ert �. stated that the Schaal Committee would recommend that the land behind the Davis School be set aside for a new school . The Board agreed that this site should e designated for a new school . Mr . Hanson suggested that a Study Committee be formed to deteT-Mine space needs as soon as possible. Also discussed was .the 1989-1990 budget forecast including increases such as start-up- supplies not covered y bond,, the purchase of a dump -truck, additional r iture-7 etc . OLD BUSINESS I . The Board agreed to postpone its discussion relative to Great oak Roan for one week. 2. Tori Fula l a, Ernie Virgilio and Brian Anderson of Andy' Market were present to present to the Board new plans for the Route 151 area at Cherrystone' s Restaurant, And rf s Market and Route 151 Shell , Mr .
