Mr . Reid Riberdy appeared before the Board relative to his <br /> application for a license to buy, sell ,, e-Nchange or assemble <br /> sec(--)nd hand motor vehicles or parts thereof at his <br /> residence, 105 Pinecrest Avenue, Mashpee, Mr. Riberry <br /> stated that he d i d not d 1 sp I ay autornobi I es at h 1 s home -that <br /> his business. A-s done -ofi the -road. - A -communication from- the <br /> Building Inspector stated that the use of Premises for the <br /> sale of new and used cars is not allowed. <br /> Mr. Lawrence suggested that Mr . Riberdy 1ent office space <br /> and apply to the Board of Appeals for a special permit for <br /> the operation of 'the business . <br /> Mr. Car-ter rooved -to continue the hearing for sixty days <br /> (pending a decision from the Board of Appeals) and allow Mr, <br /> Riberdy to return to the Board of Selectmen with an <br /> amendment -to his applicatIon with a different business <br /> address . (December 19, 1988 at 7 : 00 p.m. ) . Mr. Hanson <br /> seconded the motion. All were in favor. <br /> 2 . Myron Fox appeared before the Board relative to an <br /> application for extension for an all alcohollc beverage <br /> license of the New Seabury Country Club for the Mews <br /> Conference Cent-er. Mr . Fox pr, sen a letter from Chief <br /> Frye stat ing that the Po 1 1 ce Department f i I es do not coma i n <br /> any record of complaints in reqard to functions held at the <br /> Mews Conference- Cen-'C-er frog March - July, 1988... <br /> Pichard Cohen, attorney for Mr . & Mrs . Cohn, residents of <br /> the Mews , raised a number of issues opposing the extension . <br /> He stated that he felt -that an extension i' s not what is <br /> happen ing, but an entire new business . <br />
