Hanson brought up the issue of a problem relative :o the <br /> Mashpee landfill - who is in charge of the landfill ; the <br /> Board of Health or the Board of Selectmen? It was agreed <br /> that. the Board of Selectmen should meet with the Board of <br /> Health as soon as possible to dTscuss this issue. <br /> . Mrs . Jacobson stated that the Attaquin ParkClean-Up day was <br /> success. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1 . Mr . Gottlieb roved to execute the warrant for -the <br /> November Special Town Meeting. Mr. Carter seconded the <br /> motion. All were in favor . <br /> . Mr . Hanson moved that the two dogs owned by Mr, Steven <br /> McCarthy of 36 Devonshire Drive, h ee be banished by the <br /> Town of Mashpee as per the recommendation of they Animal <br /> Control officer and the Chief of Police. Mr. Gottlieb <br /> seconded the motion. All were in favor . <br /> . Mr , Carter moved to approve Utility Request -67 from <br /> Commonwealth Electric . Mr. Hanson seconded the motion. All <br /> were in favor. <br /> 4. Mr. Gottlieb moved to approve the amendments to the <br /> agreement between Temrock Kennels and the Town of Mashpee, <br /> Mrs . Jacobson seconded the motion. i .I were in favor. <br /> . Mr, Carter moved to accept the resignation of Lindy <br /> Sic l ander of the Warks & Recreation Advisory Committee. Mr, <br /> Gottlieb seconded the motion . All were in favor. <br /> 6. The Board noted a letter of resignation from Richard Halpern <br /> as the Chairman of the Waterways Committee. <br /> . The Board noted a communication from the Home Builders <br /> Association of Cape Cod regarding model by-laws for street <br /> areas and septic system updgade and funding. Mr. Murphy was <br /> instructed o forward copies of these letters to the <br /> Planning Board <br />
