Joyner, that he Boer would would advie h i r n the matter as soon as Town Counsel is contacted. 2 . Paul Somerville attended to request that the Board of Selectmen e 7 are a temporaryopen season for 'the harvesting of oysters that were purchased last month for this purpose. Mr . Sor ervill stated that the sea son would lest for two days, Saturday, November 1 9, 1988 and Sunday, November 20 , 1988 from 12 ,400 p. .- - p.m. Mrs. Jacobson moved to accept. -the recommendations made by Mr . Somer ille relative to open season for -IC-he harvest i of oysters . r. Gottlieb seconded the motion . All were in favor* . OLD BUSINESS 1 . The Boas{ discussed the nomination of Anthony Gallo to the Finance o r i t e e Mrs . Jacobsen moved to advertise the open position on the Finance Committee. Mr. Gottlieb., Mr. Hanson and Mr . Carter were in favor, MT- . Lawrence was opposed. 4 2. Mr . Hanson moved to autthorize the Chairman -lo execute the contract between the Town and the Preservation Partnership to conduct a fear i i l istudy for- Town Hall needs . Mr .
