Taylor, the Assistant Torn Manager er is the main point of contact for this objective.
Based on the data collected in Phase 1, the Horsley Witten Group will identify opportunities and
constraints relative to the tree parcels identified as Lots A, B and C. A field assessment was
conducted at the site location to review the site conditions, the potential building envelope and
access road. Initial findings depict parcels A and B as the most logical sites for development.
Lot C is anticipated to be reserved for nitrogen mitigation and open space as it is mapped for
beneficial habitat for Eastern box turtles and potential vernal pools. Natural resources include a
Red Brook which flows north and south across Lot B. The culvert may have to be reconstructed.
