8 <br /> • Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> February 25, 2002 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> EDIC—Grant Amendment/11 Acre Site: <br /> Wayne Duchemin, Director, Office of Economic Development <br /> was present to request the Selectmen vote to approve the amendment to <br /> the existing Ready Resource Grant to reflect the future development of <br /> 10.83 acres. Upon approval, a Public Hearing would be held on the <br /> amendment on March 11, 2002. <br /> Mr. Duchemin discussed additional matters related to the EDIC with the <br /> Board of Selectmen who agreed to conduct an informational session with <br /> the Cape Cod Commission on EDIC issues. <br /> Selectman Taylor present for discussion. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to approve the amendment to the <br /> existing Ready Resource Grant to reflect the future development of <br /> • 10.83 acres as requested. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Acceptance of Conservation Land Donations: <br /> The Selectmen reviewed the memorandum from the Town Planner dated <br /> February 19, 2002 with respect to the acceptance of two donations of <br /> conservation land from the Windchime Point Condominium and the <br /> Nantucket Village/Sconsett cluster subdivision. <br /> Both properties have been inspected by the Board of Health who has <br /> recommended approval as conservation land for the Town of Mashpee. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to accept the two donations of <br /> conservation land as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> • <br />
