I <br /> to <br /> i <br /> i <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> April 8. 2002 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Request for I I I F Benefits—Police Department: <br /> Correspondence was received from Police Chief Cooper dated March 2 , <br /> 2002 recommending the approval of 111 F benefits for patrol Officer Sean <br /> Brewer for injuries sustained on duty. <br /> The agenda item was deferred for additional clarification. <br /> Appointment of DeDuty..shellfish Commissioners: <br /> Shellfish Constable Richard York as present to request the Selectmen <br /> appoint Police Officers Leo ferry and Al Tobe , and Waterways <br /> Assistants David Morrissey and Dori Soucy as Deputy Shellfish <br /> Commissioners for a term of three years. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to appoint Leo Perry,Al Tobey, <br /> David Morrissey and tori Soucy as Deputy Shellfish Commissioners <br /> for a term of three years as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. -0, <br /> i <br /> Request for Shed— Shellfish Commissioner: <br /> Specifications for a shellfish shed were presented by Mr. York for the <br /> Board's review and approval. The shed, a 10' x 16' building would be <br /> used for storage aid working on shellfish gear. Winterizing and electrical <br /> fees were,included in the estimate of$51,000 for construction of shed on <br /> town land located at Little Diver. <br /> i <br /> Motion made by Selectman Uveille to approve the Shellfish Shed as <br /> described for a sura not to exceed$5,000, <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Masters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. -o. <br /> i <br />
