Lee, d/b/a Cade FT vi (continued) <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve the application of <br /> Melinda B. Lee d/b/a Caf Twiggs,Belinda.B.Lee,Manager fog- <br /> Seasonal All Alcoholic License, indoor/outdoor dining and drinking <br /> areas to include Entertainment,Recorded Music,Jule Boas only, at <br /> premises located at Popponesset Marketplace, Shore drive Mashpee. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> r VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Leveille absent, <br /> CaDe Light Compact—Resolution/Street Lights: <br /> The Cape Light Compact has arrange for lover-priced electricity to be <br /> provided to customers on NSTAR's Default Service. Last November,the <br /> Massachusetts Department of Telecommunications and Energy approved <br /> the proposed pilot project for the Cape Light Compact to obtain cheaper <br /> electricity for Default Customers, who have leen paying higher electricity <br /> prices than Standard Offer customers. <br /> The Compact is requesting the Board of Selectmen approve the standard, <br /> resolution to endorse the Compact's entry in the Agreement. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to accept the Resolution for <br /> Lower Priced Supply for Default Customers as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> In addition, a proposal to-purchase street lights and enter into contract with <br /> Republic Electric was presented to the Selectmen for approval. <br /> community savings estimate was disclosed. <br /> Motion mule by Selectman Marsters to approve the purchase of <br /> Street Lights in the amount of$998 as referenced, and eater into <br /> contact agreement with Republic Electric for the operation and <br /> maintenance of the municipal street light system as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
