Furbush, Board Members William A. Blaisdell, Ronald Bonvie, <br /> Scott Goldstein,and Associate Members,Brad Pittsley and Sharon Sangeleer were present. <br /> Building Commissioner, Michael Mendoza was also present. <br /> Chairman, Jonathan Furbush opened the hearings at 6:00 pm. He announced that the <br /> meeting was being televised live on Mashpee TV. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> NEW HEARINGS <br /> 3 Treasure Lane: Owners, Michael Piniewski and Louise McDevitt request a Written <br /> Finding under §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of an enclosed deck <br /> addition on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 90 Parcel 66, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Mr. Mike Piniewski represented himself for the Dome improvement project. He wants to <br /> construct an enclosed deck with windows and insulation. He mentioned it will be built on <br /> 6 x 6 posts, and it's a little over 10 ft. deep and 16 ft. wide. It will be located on the west <br /> side of the house and will be unheated. <br /> Chairman Furbusb asked the applicant what the existing and proposed lot coverage was on <br /> the property. <br /> Mr. Bonvie wanted to know what the non-conforming situation was for the application. <br /> Mike Mendoza, Building Commissioner said that the non-conforming situation is the <br /> setbacks because the house is on a corner and consists of two frontages. He said his office <br /> has no issues. <br /> Mr. Piniewski said the dimension of the home is 32' x 24', 768 ft. The shed is 8' x 12', the <br /> front deck is 14' x 8', and the proposed addition is 10.75' x 16'. The lot size is 10,248 sq. <br /> ft. <br /> The Board had a discussion regarding the lot coverage and assisted the applicant to <br /> determine the existing and proposed lot coverage. The Board calculated 9.77% which is <br /> well under the allowed 20% maximum lot coverage. <br /> Sharon read the Inspections, Conservation and Board of Health Department comments into <br /> the record. <br /> 1 <br />
