MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JUNE 27, 2018 <br /> The applicant asked if he could cantilever the deck. The Board all agreed that this would <br /> be considered a major modification and would require a new application because the lot <br /> coverage is 10% over the allowed 20%. <br /> Mr. Mendoza said the current side yard setback is 3.8 ft. with the proposed bump-out for <br /> the cantilever would be 3.6 ft.to extend the deck would be 3.2 ft. This would require a new <br /> filing with the Zoning Board of Appeals. <br /> A revised decision will be composed by Mary Ann Romero, and the homeowner will be <br /> required to have that decision recorded with the Barnstable Land Court. <br /> -Vote to reorganize Board Member appointments. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to nominate Jonathan Purbush as Chairman of the Board, Mr. <br /> Goldstein seconded. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to nominate Bill Blaisdell as Vice Chairman of the Board, Mr. <br /> Goldstein seconded. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell made a motion to nominate Ron Bonvie as Clerk, Mr. Goldstein seconded. <br /> All were in favor. <br /> -Approve June 13,2018 Meeting Minutes. <br /> Sharon moved to approve the June 13, 2018. Mr. Bonvie seconded. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Pittsley made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Goldstein seconded.
