Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> February 27, 2006 <br /> BLUE RIBBON COMMITTEE UPDATE: <br /> It was announced the Cape Cod Commission has scheduled a conference <br /> on April 11'h to discuss low income impact development. <br /> The BRCC has recommended the Board of Selectmen request the <br /> Planning Board to update the Town's Local Comprehensive Plan. As <br /> previously noted,the LCP should be updated every ten years. <br /> Discussion followed with regards to directing the appropriate committee <br /> to re-evaluate their respective component of the Plan. A timeline of six <br /> months was considered to allow each board to give input into their area of <br /> expertise. It was noted the new Assistant Town Planner would be charged <br /> with the directive to organize and coordinate the update of the Plan. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalan to update the Town's Local . <br /> Comprehensive Plan requesting individual board's and committee's <br /> to give input to their respective component. Selectman Myers shall <br /> • outline the process for developing the Local Comprehensive Plan on <br /> behalf of the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cook. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> • <br />
