Lo ez Memo 're: public grater at Budget - Board members accepted the budget as submitted Town report - Accepted Articles for Town Mtg. - Mr. McQuaid informed the Board an article for town mtg. must be prepared to appropriate fundsfor reimbursement to the trailer parks. Mr. McQuaid questioned whether~ it is necessary to ap- propriate funds at town meeting for the facility plan as there are funds remaining in the Hydro. Geo. accounts. Mr. Greelish responded five or sik articles will be re- quired to appropriate funds for regionalization, studies, .wa- ter quality, etc. . Articles will be prepared once the regionalization matter is reorled. Mr. McQuaid relayed two contracted accounts expire this fiscal year, Mr. Greelish directed Mr. McQuaid to research which ac- counts expire this year and what procedures are necessary for . renewal . Public Water Supply - Mr. Costa relayed the water spigot at the Ockway Bay entrance has been closed. A spigot was placed outside the gatehouse which could be utilized as a public water supply. The mater District has relayed they would provide this usage at a nominal fee. Mr. Costa di- rected Mr. McQuaid to recommend this proposal to the elect- men and request they provide funding for water usage. Board members agreed. Gary Lopez - Mr. McQuaid informed the Board he spoke with Town Counsel and the Town Treasurer as to whether the bond, submitted by Mr. 41' Lopez , could be called in its en- tirety. Town counsel was ,of the opinion the bond could not be called in its entirety as delinquent invoices do not total _ the entire amount of the bond, unless this Board stipulated in the bond requirement that failure .to pay would result in {
