Mr. Costa suggested <br /> sending a letter to the Ex, sec, explaining what has happened <br /> and suggesting the possibility of -erecting gates. . <br /> I9, . Mr. McQuaid <br /> stated that it is not the Board's policy to extend peres for <br /> a second time unless there are extenuating circumstances or a <br /> hardship can be proven, lir, Greelish stated that extensions <br /> are handled on a case by case basis and this request does not <br /> warrant approval .
