"The only <br /> exc6ption would be n emergency septic repair, " <br /> r. Doherty questioned Mr, McGrath as to whether the lot <br /> was de fined prior to adoption of ,the Wetlands regulation4D <br /> F ' r 6 <br /> path responded Fthe lot was purchased n the <br /> fir'. rcGr` <br /> 1960's. <br /> Mr, McQuaid informed the Board, as of yet, the Oonserva- <br /> tion Commission agent has not verified wetlands delineations <br /> Ir. Greelish reiterated his earlier comment stating <br /> variance relief would break a well maintained precedence for <br /> the protection of wetlands. <br /> r.
