Costa, and <br /> Stephen J. Greelish <br /> i <br /> THE TAPE IS HOT PAR'S' of THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE GF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. John T. Doherty, Chairman <br /> i <br /> 1. warrants signed <br /> 2 . Mr. Greelish motioned to accept the minutes of June 6. <br /> 1991, Mr. Greelish seconded. <br /> } <br /> . Response from _ ' Counsel- re:- 11 Bowsprit Pt. - Mr. <br /> Gail Robinson, owner of the property, and Mr. Mi hael <br /> McGrath, representing the firm of Holmes and McGrath were in <br /> attendance for discussion. <br /> Nis. Robinson stated she has owned the property for <br /> twenty years and is -proposing to construct a home on the <br /> property. Nis. Robinson requested the Board withhold their <br /> decision until, her legal counsel has had the opportunity to <br /> consult with Town Counsel . <br /> Mr. Costa commented Planning Board approval is required <br /> - to place the system in the road. <br /> Mr. McGrath relayed the Conservation Commission has re- <br /> uested a relocation of the proposed dwelling. "Plans as <br /> presented to not indicate the relocation. " <br /> Mr, Doherty explained., in the interests of environmental <br /> protection the system must maintain the greatest distance <br /> possible from the wetlands., <br /> Mr. McGrath requested a continuance pending Planning <br /> Board approval. <br /> Board Members agreed to the request. <br /> ■ <br /> ■ <br />
