Costa stated this Board.will adopt a policy whereby - <br /> Mr. Schutz will contact -ka Health Agent when itis n - longer Rr <br /> feasible to market newspapers.' "This Board will notify Mr. <br /> Schutz in writing of individuals authorized to dontAct South <br /> Shone Recycling when bias are full. and/or when the metal pig. <br /> must be collected. DiMaggio - Contract renewal <br /> a <br /> Mr. DiMaggio was in attendance for this scheduled ap- <br /> pointment. <br /> Mr. Doherty stepped down from this issue as he found it <br /> R <br /> to be a conflict of interest. <br /> Mr. Costa stated the third year contractual agreement <br /> between the town of Mashpee and S.J. DiMaggio for fiscal year <br /> 1992 totals $239,800.00. <br /> Mr, Greelish questioned whether monies allocated for <br /> monitoring of recyclables should be included in the contract. <br /> Mr. Costar recommended monies included in the contractual <br /> agreement for monitoring of recyclables remain intact, due to <br /> the inability, at this time, to retain an organi ation for <br /> monitoring purposes. <br /> Mr. ,Monaghan commented, it is highly unlikely that an <br /> individual would be wilding to volunteer his services to <br /> monitor the recycling area on a daily basis. "A more work- <br /> able solution is to employ an individual to monitor the <br /> area. " <br /> Mr. costa recommended limiting days in which recyclables <br /> would be accepted to weekends and one week day.. <br /> Mr, Costa's recomm ndation was acceptable to all parties <br /> present. <br /> Mr. Greelish suggested, as of July 1, 1991 notices will <br /> be posted that recyclables will only be accepted and <br /> monitored on Wednesdays, and Weekends however, residents may <br />
