MINUTES June 27, 1991 2 BOARD of HEALTH <br /> Mr, Greelish questioned Mr. Lopez as to- where he is die- <br /> posing of the refuse. <br /> Mr. Lopez responded he is disposing of refuse in <br /> Barnstable, "l do not have enough trash to dispose of at <br /> of i s. t, <br /> Mr. Greelish relayed to Mr. Lopez that he is well aware <br /> of how the tri-town system works at the Transfer Station and <br /> how extremely important it is that all requirements are ad- <br /> hered to. <br /> Mr, costa motioned to grant a 1991 hauler's license to <br /> Mr. Gary Lopez , d/b/a "Waste Aweigh" , with the stipulation <br /> Mr. Lopez comply with all conditions setorth in the Mashpee <br /> Board of Health "Refuse Regulation" , Mr. Greelish seconded, <br /> all agreed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: cape & Islands - 34 Great River Road <br /> Mr, John Slarvinsly, representing the engineering firm o <br /> Cape & Islands, was in attendance for this scheduled appoint- <br /> ment. There were no abutters in attendance. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky informed the Board the existing system i <br /> located 81 from the marsh. <br /> Mr. Evans informed the Board he did research alternative <br /> systems as requested by this Board. "The Ecko system could <br /> be considered however, has not been approved by . .P, " <br /> Mr. Blavinsky stated the owner would agree to no in- <br /> crease in habitable space. <br /> Mr, McQuaid stated, in his opinion, the proposed system <br /> is better than what is existing and would recommend variance <br /> relief contingent upon D.E.P.
