"Local variances <br /> requested are 23' from abutting septic, (lot 18) to on-site <br /> septic, 26' from abutting septic, (lot 4) , to on-site well, <br /> 25' from on-site septic to on-site well and a reduction in <br /> the required 1000 gallon pit to a 600 gallon pit. <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to grant the above stated vari- <br /> ances as requested, Mr. Costa seconded, all agreed. <br /> 12. ) Perc extension requests, 117 Paddock Circle. (lot 968 <br /> and 51 Greensward Circle. (lot 369) - Mr. Costa motioned to <br /> grant perc extensions as requested for a period of six months <br /> from date of expiration, Mr. Greelish seconded, all agreed. <br /> *****NEW BUSINESS***** <br /> 156 Popponesset Island Road <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board the owner is proposing to <br /> demolish the house and rebuild it on the same footprint. Mr. <br /> McQuaid questioned the Board as to whether the owner is re- <br /> quired to upgrade to Title V as no increase in habitable <br /> space is proposed. <br /> Mr. Costa commented it would be considered a new dwell- <br /> ing. <br /> Board members agreed a Title V system will be required. <br /> Letter from Water District to Board re: Winslow Farms <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated he will respond to the letter. <br /> Memo from Exec. Sec. re: Waste Stream Control <br /> Mr. Costa stated the town of. Barnstable is recommending <br /> all Cape towns adopt their By-law and fee schedule. "They <br /> also recommend town trash removal. " <br /> Mr. Greelish recommended Mr. Harrington attend a Board <br /> meeting to discuss this Boards progress in that area. <br /> Board members agreed with Mr. Greelish's recommendation. <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board Mr. Harrington did re- <br /> quest this information via memo on June 20, 1991.
