' Regarding FS1, D,E,P, is stating they -did not install groundwater monitoring wells suffi- ciently downgradient of this field spill , therefore 1 rec- ommending this he done because groundwater contamination may have progressed -beyond the 18001 where the monitoring wells have been installed. 11 Mr* Greelish questioned whether they have responded to the request for a presentation to the Selectmen. It was agreed Ms. Waterman would review reports submit- ted by the , .A. prior- to this Board authorizing payment.
