Greelish <br /> THE TAPE IS HOT PART of THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLYG <br /> Mr. John T. Doherty, Chairman <br /> 1. Warrants signed. . <br /> . Mr, costa motioned to accept the minutes of September <br /> , 1991 , Mr. Geelish seconded,. <br /> 3 . Copy of draft guidelines re: Flea Markets - Mr. <br /> McQuaid commented it has been a Board of Health policy not to <br /> allow any food stands at "Flea Markets" . "Food stands must he <br /> associated with full service restaurants*" Mr* McQuaid <br /> -stated, in his opinion, the Board of Health should not be in- <br /> specting booths other than those - selling food products. <br /> Mr. Greelish commented, he does have some questions re- <br /> garding the large fee imposed by the torn for each vendor. <br /> V Mr, McQuaid relayed, periodic,-inspections are made by a <br /> health agentS 4 k . 1 <br /> J F <br /> Board members agreed to forward a letter to the Select- <br /> men } informing them periodic inspections are made by health <br /> agents to ensure sanitary facilities are properly maintained <br /> and no food products are being sold. <br /> * Copy of noncompliance fr6m D,E,.P.. o Stratford _Ponds <br /> Mr. . McQuaid informed the Board the initial notice of noncom- <br /> pliance was received by this office in July. "The tennis <br /> courts must he removed as they are within the 275' protective <br /> radius. " "Compliance must be met within the time frame <br /> originally allocated." <br /> . Draft Discharge Permit Fields Point TIP expansion - Mr. <br /> McQuaid relayed Fields Point intends to increase capacity to <br /> 80,000 gallons, eventually reaching their 120,000 gallon <br /> limit* <br />
