The design drawings previously provided require approval of a variances from <br /> Title 5 involving the 2 leaching areas. <br /> The design requires a variance from Title 5 (310 CMR 15.211) for the distance <br /> setbacks from the property lines, and building foundation to the leaching system. We <br /> are requesting a setback of: <br /> To the Foundation — 19 feet (for 1 of 2 leaching areas) <br /> To the Lot Line - 5.5 feet & 5.0 feet from the rear and front lot lines <br /> -5.5 feet & 7.5 feet from the lot sideline <br /> The design also requires a variance from Title 5 (310 CMR 15.212) for the separation <br /> distance from the adjusted high groundwater elevation.
