In accordance with 310 CMR 15.405 Grandfathered Lots we
request the following distance variances:
The proposed soil absorption system will be 5' off the street line and abutters property
Line. (5' allowed)
We are also requesting a local Board of Health distance variances:
The soil absorption.system will be 90' from wetlands.
The soil absorption system reserve will be 85' from wetlands.
Please note consideration was given to place the soil absorption system 0' off the street
property.line, however, the water main is located along the front yard, and thus a 10' separation
to the water main will be insured.
In mitigating the variance request, a micro-fast treatment system has been included in the
Title V design.
Sincerely,
David Sanicki
DS/cma
