At some point, street drainage may be installed to <br /> prevent the puddling.. <br /> In accordance with 310 CMR 15.405, grandfathered lots,we are requesting the following <br /> distance variances: <br /> The proposed soil absorption system will be 6' off 2 abutting property liens.
