MINUTES February 1, 2001 4 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Board members agreed to continue this agenda item for a future decision. They also <br /> indicated that they would notify all restaurants if this item were to appear on the <br /> agenda again in the future so that they may participate in discussions, <br /> APPOINTMENT: Bill o olins re: variance re nests 23 Jeep Place <br /> Mr. Bill o olins and Mr. Ed Kovary were in attendance for this scheduled <br /> appointment. <br /> Mr. Kovary is requesting the Board to consider granting a variance of 7' from the <br /> septic tank to the foundation of a proposed dining room for 23 Jeep Place. <br /> Mr. Ball indicated that he grants the inside walls and floor of the foundation <br /> sealcoated. <br /> Mr. Santos motioned to grant the T variance from the septic to the foundation at 2 <br /> Jeep Place with,the stipulation that the foundation is sealcoated on the inside galls <br /> and floor and that a variance request letter and revised plans are received by the <br /> Board. Mr. Doherty seconded the motion. Motion passed, <br /> APPOINTMENT: Sharon Judge re: Pave-Paws Survey <br /> 11 s. Sharon Judge was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> IVIS. Judge presented her opinions to the Board regarding Pave Paws and the safety of <br /> the Phased Array Radiation. She stated that no one knows more about this issue than <br /> she sloes and that she is not anti-Page Pavers, but would like to see it moved. <br /> Discussion took place regarding the Pave Pavers Working Group, the Phased Array <br /> Radiation and the controversy surrounding the Page Paws issue, <br /> Board members thanked Ms. Judge for her information and for attending the meeting. <br /> . Mr. Ball seconded the <br /> motion.
