"If the water District says no we will not <br /> provide you with bottled water then we could male the developer put in the water mains <br /> and have him sign an affidavit saying he will connect to town water or on decd or the <br /> owner connect to to water within a certain number of days ofit becoming available." <br /> "Another option is if it's a case where a local variance is requested then on those lots we <br /> could require the owner to connect to town water once it's available." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "I would agree that if a local variance is requested from the <br /> proposed well or proposedon-site leaching facility then on those lots we require the <br /> i owner to connect to town water once it's available." <br /> 1r. Ball agreed. <br /> 7.) Response from Attorney Carter to Lakeside T.P. re: Concerns - Mr. McQuaid <br /> stated "In my opinion, they are doing the best they can under the circumstances." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "when we originally made an agreement with hire regarding <br /> the park Mr. Haney was supposed to submit a plan and a timetable for connecting to town <br /> water." "We Have never seen that." "I would bice the agent to forward a letter to Mr. <br /> Haney stating we have never received the timetable or proposal for connecting to town <br /> water as agreed to in our original agreement prior to Mr. Haney purchasing the property." <br /> Ball agreed. <br /> Mr. McQuaid to prepare and forward the letter as directed by the Board. <br /> . Copy f letter from Exec. Sec. re: Litten - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This is not <br /> an illegal clumping situation which the Board of Health automatically gets involved in." <br /> "This is a D.P.W. issue of littering along the street." <br />
