MINUTES January 16, 1997 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. Baker stated, "I went to library this week because the Augat people kept <br /> saying all the information was being sent to the library.' "I went through the information <br /> at the library but I couldn't find any of the things Augat was discussing back in <br /> December." "In January, in the library the Muff that they promised would be there wasn't <br /> there." "I think tonight you could decide whether or not you want to notify the Barnstable <br /> Board of Health, where you have the information that Shoestring Bay is affected." <br /> "Shoestring Bay is partially in Barnstable." "'whether or not you want to communicate <br /> with the Barnstable Board ofHealth so that they're aware ofit and also with the town's <br /> Waterways Commission because the waterway itself is impacted,." "I think that is <br /> probably a decision I would like to see you make tonight." <br /> Ms. O'Connell stated, "Stetson Mall will be attending our meeting as well as the <br /> Barnstable Board of Health." "I was also informed the reaps were at the library however, <br /> I vent through all the documents but the maps were not there and he also has not faxed <br /> there to me." <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "As I said earlier he acknowledged that the snap is part of <br /> the package being submitted to the D.E.P.." "what AWARD Environmental does, as the <br /> contractor for Augat, goes to Augat first, then their people go through-it first before it i <br /> released to the public." <br /> At this time Mr. Cram concluded this discussion. <br /> . variance request, 15 Acta in Street and 14 Pond view Drive <br /> 15 Attaquin Street - 1 Ir. McQuaid relayed, "This is a pre-approved subdivision with n <br /> particular well and septic predetermined locations." "The applicant is requesting a ' <br /> local variance from the proposed leaching facility to abutting well (#9 Aft quin Street), <br /> 34' local variance from the proposed leaching facility to abutting well 14 A.tt quin' <br /> Street) and a 4 7' local variance from the proposed leaching facility to abutting well 1 <br /> Attauin Street)." <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant the variances as stated by Mr. McQuaid. Mr. Doherty <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> 14 Pond view Drive - Nl�. McQuaid relayed; "The applicant is proposing a four <br /> bedroom house which falls within the -jurisdiction of the Conservation Commission," <br /> "He is complying with their requirements- of proposing a Bio-clere denitrification <br /> system,"" "They are requesting a 25% reduction in the size of the leach field and a 2' <br /> i <br /> sideline variance." <br /> 4 <br />
