Shirley Souza, representative from Five Star Enterprises and Attorney <br /> Michael Murphy were in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Attorney Murphy stated, "Five Star has submitted $3128.00 in payment to the <br /> town this k." "There is a remaining balance of$9848.00." "Five Star would like t <br /> male a payment schedule.' "What we would like.to propose is to take the $9848,00 and <br /> spread that out over a period of six months." "That would b $1,641.00 per month." <br /> "The first payment would be the 31't f March and then on the last day of each month <br /> thereafter." "In addition to that any current fees would be paid in a timely fashi n." "I <br /> request this Board accept the' payment schedule in order to probate Five Star and allow <br /> them to continue ire their course of business.' "All invoices will be paid by certified <br /> hl ." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "My concern is the town is not a bank."
