McQuaid relayed, "I inspected the site and found sewage was backing up into <br /> the basement." <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emergency Repair <br /> Certification" form. <br /> *****OLD BUSINESS***** <br /> 4 Cqppawack Road <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, `Jacobs engmeermg, contracted by the r ilitar , arbitrarily <br /> picked some private wells to sample on the south side of John's Pond." x`34 Cappawack <br /> Road was one of them and it carne up with 21 and 23 p.p.b. of M.T.B.E..E. which is <br /> gasoline additive." "I went out there and pretested the well and confirmed with Barnstable <br /> County that that well did come up with 16 p.p.b. of M.T.B.E.."
