MINUTES May 1, 1997 BOARD OF HEALTH 65 Musket Dane - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The applicant is requesting a 24' local variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to abutting well # o Treasure Dane), a 47' local variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to abutting well (#143 Captains Row), a 4 ' local variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to abutting well 149 Captains Row) and a 4' local variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to abutting well 059 Musket Lane)." "I recently spore with one of the Selectmen who requested the Board consider requiring denitrifying systems facilities in areas like Pirates Cove which is densely populated," Mr. Doherty commented,- "We have already discussed the possibility, it's just matter of time." Board members agreed. i 1&. Doherty motioned to grant the variances as stated by Mr. McQuaid, Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. 26 Mohawk Road - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The applicant is requesting a 15' local variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to abutting well (#30 Mohawk Rd. and a 40' local variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to abutting well #49 ■ Oneida Ave.)." Mr. Ball motioned to grant the variances as stated by Mr. McQuaid, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. 25 Wilson's Grove - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The applicant is requesting a 2' variance from the proposed leaching facility to the foundation, ' variance from the proposed septic tank to the foundation and a ' variance from the proposed septic tank to the property lmn .' Mr. Ball stated, "The applicant has maintained maximum feasible compliance."
