Ball <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MIEETING IT IS FOR TIE PURPOSE F <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> 1r. Robert F. Cram, Sr,, Chairman <br /> 1. Warrants signed. <br /> 2. Board members agreed to postpone approving the minutes of May 1, 1997 until <br /> b4r. Doherty is in attendance. <br /> Variance request, 3 8 Fiddler Crab Lane (brought out of sequence m the agenda as <br /> the engineer and installer were in attendance <br /> Mr. Arne Ojala, P.L.S. and Mr. Robert Bortolotti were 'in attendance. <br /> Mr. Ojala stated, "We are req esting a variance under Maximum im Feasible <br /> Compliance of Title V, for groundwater separation to be ' instead of ' in soils with less <br /> than a two mutes per inch pert rate." <br /> Mr. Bortolotti stated, "We did adjust the groundwater level which brings the <br /> average adjustment just over 5'."' <br /> Mr. Cram commented, "Conservation Commission approval will be required." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant the 1' variance as requested with the stipulation the <br /> owner sign the affidavit which limits any increase in habitable space, Ir. Ball seconded. <br />' Letter from B. Davis re: 12 Cutlass Lane - Mr. Cram stated, "It appears as <br /> though all this correspondence is just prolonging the matter." <br /> Mr. Ball relayed, "Ms. Davis has until the 2 Vt to comply with our decision." <br />
