Frederick agreed to pursue egress, lighting and cosmetics <br /> once I .B.F. has given their approval. _ <br /> Mr. Frederick conunented, "I spoke with Roger Alcott from Weston & Sampson <br /> in regards to the landfill capping design." "My thought was that it'vias possible to get <br /> some recreational fields or other types ofrecreational activities at the landfill as we g <br /> along with the design." "Mr. Alcott said that there was still time to do that. "There i <br /> about 8 acres that are available for use." "He said the best thing to do was to ask the <br /> Selectmen to request Weston & Sampson put together some type ofdesign and what the <br /> feasibility of doing something like this is." <br /> Mi. McQuaid stated, "The D.E.P. slope requirement is such that it wouldn't be <br /> feasible for a soccer field because the slope is to great." "In talking with Weston <br /> Sampson, in order to bring it up to a grade acceptable to I .B.P. we will have to add fill. ' <br /> "The estimate Weston & Sampson gave us to.do that would be ars additional $40,000.00 <br /> to the cost of capping the landfill." "I clivi suggest to Mr. Marr that he prepare ars article <br /> for town meeting to allowus to increase the capping costs by that amount." "The Burd <br /> f Health and Leisure Services would have to approach the Selectmen for their support at <br /> town meeting." <br /> . New food establishment vermitting process # Burd members agreed to adopt the <br /> following policy regarding 'sups and procedures for new food establishment design, <br /> construction and operation. <br /> 1. Zoning Board of Appeals review and approval <br /> 2. Board of Health "Plan Review"" - This includes engineer drawn or scale playas and the <br /> submission of a plan review form(fee). <br /> . Evaluation of sewage disposal systema and water source. This includes grease trap, <br /> septic components and water duality. <br /> 4. Inspection by Building, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Departments. This will include a <br /> certificate of occupancy. <br /> . Submit application for permit. Schedule opening date (fee). <br /> . Board of Health approval at a scheduled Board of Health meeting. <br /> 7. Final inspection for permit by Board of Health agent. <br /> . Permit issuance. <br /> 4.) Preliminary se tics stem modification 79 Industrial Drive - Mr. Ben Gordon <br /> was 1n attendance for discussion." <br />
