McQuaid stated, "The D.E.P. slope requirement is such that it wouldn't be <br /> feasible for a soccer field because the slope is to great." "In talking with Weston <br /> Sampson, in order to bring it up to a grade acceptable to I .B.P. we will have to add fill.
