"In order to accommodate the addition he is <br /> proposing a modification to the existing system by adding a septic tank." "That tank <br /> would he connected to one ofthe two existing leach pits." "'The only variance requested <br /> , <br /> is from the regulation which requires all commercial septic systems to have both the <br /> primary and secondary leaching fields installed." "Title v requires an excessively large <br /> septic system for commercial warehouse office space." "In my opinion, the applicant <br /> should eliminate the bull-run valve, open it up'a d-box or y valve, and allow him to <br /> install a 1500 gallon tank, only because the addition is so far from the existing tank that <br /> you could gravity feed from these bathrooms up to here and hack down. ' "825 gallons <br /> per day is required however,the capacity is 11.71 gallons per day." <br /> 5 <br /> Mr. Cordon stated, "We intend to employ under 20 people."
