Ms. Davis questioned, "where there was heating oil poured into the abandoned well next store would that have maybe run underground into my well? ' "It was aged home Beating oil that was found in your neighbor's well not your well." "We expended a lot of time on this." "You need to either tie you rental property into town water or stop renting. Ms. Davis responded, "I don't have the funds." Mr. Doherty stated, "We look at this purely as a business." "Your renting your property and making money therefore, you have to provide town eater." "what is defined as drinkable water is at the discretion of the Board of Health." i Ms. Davis corrmrnented, "what about the lab test that shows that my water was drinkable?" Mr. Doherty responded, "That is not a v.o.e. report, it is a general water test." IVIS. Davis stated, "I need some time to tie into townwater." Mr. Cram motioned to grant Ms. Davis 30 days from this date in which to make application to the water District, at t .e end of said time the Board will review the matter to ensure progress has been made, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. APPOINTMENT: Jim Peters - 1997 Pow-Wow Mr. Peters was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. Mr. Evans stated, `Lasty ear the number of food vendor's totaled 19 however, only 18 showed up." "Mr. McQuaid and I are requesting the Board consider limiting the number of vendor's this year to 18." Mr. McQuaid stated, "If the Pow-wove committee would like to increase the amount of foodvendor's thea I am going to request Barnstable County assist with the inspections." "They do charge a fee to inspect the food vendor's."' Mr. Peters stated, "we would like a workable agreement with the health agents for additional food vendor's." "If not, we would Hike to keep this on record for future years."
