' "It was aged home Beating oil that was found in your neighbor's well not <br /> your well." "We expended a lot of time on this." "You need to either tie you rental <br /> property into town water or stop renting. <br /> Ms. Davis responded, "I don't have the funds." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "We look at this purely as a business." "Your renting your <br /> property and making money therefore, you have to provide town eater." "what is <br /> defined as drinkable water is at the discretion of the Board of Health." <br /> i <br /> Ms. Davis corrmrnented, "what about the lab test that shows that my water was <br /> drinkable?" <br /> Mr. Doherty responded, "That is not a v.o.e. report, it is a general water test." <br /> IVIS. Davis stated, "I need some time to tie into townwater." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant Ms. Davis 30 days from this date in which to make <br /> application to the water District, at t .e end of said time the Board will review the matter <br /> to ensure progress has been made, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Jim Peters - 1997 Pow-Wow <br /> Mr. Peters was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Evans stated, `Lasty ear the number of food vendor's totaled 19 however, <br /> only 18 showed up." "Mr. McQuaid and I are requesting the Board consider limiting the <br /> number of vendor's this year to 18." <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "If the Pow-wove committee would like to increase the <br /> amount of foodvendor's thea I am going to request Barnstable County assist with the <br /> inspections." "They do charge a fee to inspect the food vendor's."' <br /> Mr. Peters stated, "we would like a workable agreement with the health agents for <br /> additional food vendor's." "If not, we would Hike to keep this on record for future years." <br />
