Cram, Sr: <br /> TIE TAPE IS NOT PARS` OF THE MIEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION 1 1 L Y. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball, Chairman <br /> 1. Warrants signed. <br /> 2. The minutes of May 22 & 29, 1997 were not available for approval. <br /> . Chopsticks application for Food Service license - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "I <br /> inspected the restaurant and found it to comply with all food service establishment <br />' requirements." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant a 1997 Food Service Establishment permit t <br /> "Chopstick's's Restaurant"pending final impe ti n, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> . Gaunt decision re: Pelletier - 1 Ir, McQuaid id relayed, "A couple of months ago I <br /> discovered an illegal dumping area." "Upon inspection of the trash Mr. Pelletier's name <br /> was found on numerous documentation." "We went to court and Mr. Pelletier pleaded <br /> not guilty." "There was a pre-trial conference set." "I could not attend so I contacted <br /> Detective Brad Fish." "Mr. Pelletier was found guilty ordered to pay the $300.00 fine <br /> however, was not ordered to clean up the mess." "I would recommend we send a <br /> certified letter to Mr. Pelletier ordering him to clean up the mess within 14 days or we <br /> will fine him again." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to forward a certified letter to Mr. Pelletier ordering him to <br /> clean up the illegally dumped trash within 14 days or he will he fined another $300.00, <br /> Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> , Memo from Dr. I eM ura re: Curricula advisors - Acknowledged. <br />
