"The <br /> reason why Mr. Minior is concerned, and I share his concern, is that when you do a risk <br /> assessment for groundwater contamination you look t potential pathway exposure to the <br /> contaminated water and certainly one would he someone using their existing well for <br /> irrigation purposes."
