Cram, Sr. <br /> TIE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MERG IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE SE F <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball, Chairman <br /> 1.) warrants signed. <br /> 2. Board members agreed to postpone approving the minutes of Jure 26, 1997 until <br /> Mr. Doherty is in attendance. <br /> AJ P ITT TENT: James Al ely- 16 Manitoba Road <br /> Mr. James A ely, P.E. from the firm of VTP Associates was in attendance for this <br /> scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "we recently did a perc test at 16 Manitoba Road." "The <br /> groundwater elevations is such that it was critical that we do an in depth pert test," `The <br /> engineer indicated they needed a variance from our ' to groundwater separation." "I <br /> notified the engineer there is a different policy on the Cape, as far as adjusting the high <br /> groundwater elevations and I put him in touch with the Cape Cod Commission." "They <br /> readjusted their groundwater elevations where now in one area test #2 they don't need <br /> variance because it's 4/1'." <br /> Mr. Ball questioned Mr. Ahely, "Is this an informal request for the Board' <br /> opinion?" <br /> Mr. Abely responded, "Yes." <br /> Mr. McQuaid questioned Mr. Abely, "Can you position the leaching facility such <br /> that it will be at the 4.1' separation completely." <br /> Mr. A ely responded, "Yes." <br />
