Woodard & Curran's I Braden' Thommon site findings - Mr. McQuaid relayed, <br /> "I would recommend Board members review the site f m ings." "Eventually, there will <br /> he a meeting between Woodard & Curran and the Board ofSelectmen to discuss this <br /> issue and how the D.E.P. is handling it." "Where is no action required." <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> . Copy of I; .B.P.'s I.R.A. plan re; Little River BoMcQuaid relayed, <br /> "When they removed a fuel tank at Little River Boatyard there was a noticeable leak i <br /> the tank that caused an immediate response action by Little River Boatyard to I; . .P.." <br /> "This immediate response action plan approval by the D.E.P. requires Little River <br /> Boatyard to determine if there are any private wells in use in the immediate vicinity of the <br /> Boatyard and if s , those privae wells will have to he tested." "I would be willing t <br /> contact the water District to find out if there are any private wells in the immediate <br /> vicinity of Little River Boatyard and take v. .c. samples." <br /> Board members directed the Agent to contact the Water District to find out if <br /> there are any private wells in the immediate vicinity ofLittle River Boatyard and if so, t <br /> sample those wells for v. . .'s." <br /> 9. Memo from Exec. Sec. re: 411 1 I n m sc y Road - 11 r. McQuaid relayed, "In <br /> my opinion, there is a personal vendetta between several individuals involved here and <br /> the suggestion that this temporary trailer fi additional summer guests night cause the <br /> septic system to fail is just that, hearsay, it's not fact," I event out there several times, <br /> there is no trailer at the site and there are no additional people living there." <br /> l r. Ball stated, "This situation has not occurred yet." "I would like to know if <br /> there is a trailer there, how many people are going to be there and what is the daily flow <br /> estimate by I; .B.P.." <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "I would like a description of the trailer and the maximum <br /> number ofpeople it can accommodate." <br /> Mr. Ball conunented,, "I would recommend the owner have a {Title V inspection <br /> performed to determine if the system is adequate to handle the additional#,lour." <br /> Mr. Cram agreed. <br />
