n <br /> NHWTES July 17, 19 AR F ATI <br /> Unlicensed well Driller_= Michael Dl*Mag�g4 <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "Michael DiMaggio has taken over his father's well drilling <br /> business and is not licensed on a State level however, he does have a Federal license." I <br /> recommend the Board disallow issuing any permits to Aqua Jet of Today." <br /> Mr. Ball stated, "I would recommend we request Mr. Michael DiMaggio provide <br /> the Board with a copy of his State well driller's application with a stamped date on it," <br /> Mr. Cram motioned t deny all requests for well permits from Mr. Michael <br /> I iM ggi d/b/a"Aqua Jet of Today's until such time as Mr. Michael DiMaggio attends an <br /> upcoming Board meeting to discussthe matter, Mr. Ball seconded. <br /> Mashpe „liver <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "I met with the D.E.P. and Town Counsel last week to <br /> convince the D.E.P. the town, didn't find arsenic in an open body of water but rather in <br /> u <br /> the grndwater.” "Weston & Sampson failed to identify that in their site assessment."' <br /> "Copper was found firther downgradient of the landfill however, it was not at the point <br /> f seepage." `The D.E.P. has agreed the town will not be fined however, we will b <br /> required to have a risk assessment done." "Weston & Sampson are taping some <br /> responsibility and have agreed to contribute to any fines imposed on the town and will aid <br /> in any additional requirements by the I . .P.." <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> .C.P. J. <br /> Mr. Ball stated, "I attended their most recent meeting." "New ew nitrogen loading <br /> requirements will be presented to the Committee for their review." "They intend to <br /> request this Board review the proposed requirements and comment on then." <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> Being no further business Mr. Cram motioned to adjourn this meeting at 8:18 p.m., Mr. <br /> Ball seconded. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Ver niea Mayer, Adm.
