Evans agreed. <br /> Mr. Ball relayed, "I also talked to the police and at the time I talked to there they <br /> i were doing a sting operation." "I was informed no sales had transpired." <br /> i <br /> 1 Ir. Doherty stated, "In my opinion, we should institute a permit requirement. <br /> "The reason I think the permit should be in place is because right now if there is a <br /> problem there's limited recourse that we can take." "Yet, if we institute this and there is <br /> a problem then there is clear cut action that we can take immediately." <br /> Mr. Collett connnented, "The individual Board's of Health in all the towns in <br /> Massachusetts have within their power the right to do this." "It is the responsibility ofthe <br /> Board to uphold it." <br /> Mr. Crain commented, "`You can be preventative to a point but you can also over- <br /> regulate <br /> v r-regulate too.' <br /> 11r. Evans relayed, "I would like to set-up another smoking cessation program at <br /> Town Hall." "I will get together with the Executive Secretary to plan one." <br /> Mr. Collett relayed, "We will probably be doing another compliance check some <br /> time in the mar future." `It's advisable to do them on a periodic basis." <br /> .
