"The 1 lashpee Water District i <br /> in a situation where they may be forced to put a moratorium on any new water <br /> connections," "Lakeside Trailer Park with its 99 units would b significant draw on <br /> their water supply." "Mr. Laney may, in fact, get a reprieve under these conditions." "I <br /> will keep the Board informed once I speak with D.E.P. tomorrow." <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> . Fish Health Executive Summary- Acknowledged. <br /> 7. Tem�p xary f ood.,,stand application, Mentadent - lair. Evans relayed, "This is for <br /> the Willowbend tennis tournament." `There is only going to be one vendor this year." <br /> "The one vendor is going to have one large location." <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant a temporary food stand pe nit from August 1 <br /> through August 17, 1997 to Mr. John Foye d/b/a "The Education Palate Caterer's', Mr. <br /> Cram seconded,, all agreed. <br /> . variance request, 55 Ea shore Drive - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This is a pre- <br /> approved subdivision with no town water available." "The applicant is requesting a 14' <br /> local variance from the proposedon-site leaching facility to abutting well (#51 Eayshore <br /> Drive) and a 10' local variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to therop sed <br /> on-site ell. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant the variances as stated by Mr. McQuaid,id, Mir. Doherty <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> 9. Emergency failure certifications - 79 Glenea le Drive 39 PLDpponesset Island <br /> Road and 3 victoria Circle <br /> 9 Gleneagle Drive - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "I inspected the site and found the leach pit <br /> full." "A new leach pit will be installed in the reserve area off the d-box as per Title v <br /> plan on file." <br /> Board members forwarded their signature's to the "Emergency Repair <br /> Certification" form. <br />
