DiMaggio <br /> provided 1s not an application for his Mate license." <br /> Mr. Crain agreed. <br /> Mr. Ball directed the agent to forward a letter to Mr. Michael DiMaggio informing <br /> him the information he suhnmitted is not what the Board requested and may not pull any <br /> well permits in town until a copy of his application stamped by the State is submitted and <br /> approval is conferred by this Board. <br />
