i <br /> MINUTES August 7, 1997 3 BOARD OF ALT <br /> Board members forwarded their signature's to the `Emergency repair <br /> Certification" form. <br /> 38 Gre ensward Circle - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "I inspected the site and found the <br /> cesspool full." `The tank will be replaced with. a 1500 gallon tank and two 500 gallon <br /> dry wells with ' of stone around therm." <br /> Board members forwarded their signature's to the `Emergency repair <br /> Certification" form. <br /> Request for tempora r food stand permit- "The Catered Affair" <br /> Mr. Evans relayed, `The owner. is requesting a temporary fool stand at the <br /> "Mentadent Tennis Tournament." "They had a stand there last year.' "I received the <br /> application and recommend approval." <br /> Mr. Gramm motioned to grant a five day temporary food stand pertnit to "The <br /> Catered fir', Ir. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> *OLD USrNESS <br /> Well Driller's License - Michael DiMaggio <br /> Mr. Doherty stepped down from this matter as he found it to be a conflict of <br /> interest. <br /> Mr. Ball stated, "The National well Driller's Association is not a State license." <br /> "We requested Mr. DiMaggio to provide this Board with a stamped copy of his <br /> application to the Mate for a well Drill is License." "The information NIr. DiMaggio <br /> provided 1s not an application for his Mate license." <br /> Mr. Crain agreed. <br /> Mr. Ball directed the agent to forward a letter to Mr. Michael DiMaggio informing <br /> him the information he suhnmitted is not what the Board requested and may not pull any <br /> well permits in town until a copy of his application stamped by the State is submitted and <br /> approval is conferred by this Board. <br />
