Rosenberg stated, "we have heard from the neighbor's all to the contrary." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "we are all aware that Ms. W lk's problem is with the <br /> Conservation Commission and not us." "She has tried to drag us into the middle ofthis <br /> to influence the Conservation Commission." "I think we have done all that we should <br /> do." "We have responded to her concerns." "I am confident the Conservation <br /> Commission has outlined a trimming and cutting procedure that is adequate." "I would <br /> recommend that we take no f .rthr action other than referring this to the Conservation <br /> Commission as it.stands." <br /> Board members agreed. <br /> 1&. Doherty motioned that the Board acknowledges the letter and directed the <br /> Agent to forward a copy of the letter to the Conservation Conunissi n with no further <br /> action taken by this Board, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> Unscheduled Appointment - Deidre Greelish, (water District Commissioner) <br /> Ms. Greelish was in attendance for discussion regarding the recent public water <br /> service moratorium. <br /> Ms. Greeli h stated, "The water District instilled a moratorium on public water <br /> hook-up as of August 20, 1997." <br /> Mr. Cram questioned, "will there be any exceptions to the moratorium?" <br /> Mr. Greelish stated, "Our Attorney is still determining what exceptions the <br /> District will make." "There are a few exceptions that were agreed upon." "Any ells <br /> found to contain contaminants are exempt, as well as, anyone who currently has an <br /> application into the water District." <br /> Mr. Ball commented, "This Board has agreed that new subdivisions will be <br /> allowed private wells however, the water service connection lines must be installed.' <br />
