"As far as Title <br /> V is concerned we don't need it above the adjusted groundwater, that is a local <br /> regulation." "NMat we're trying to do is provide ' from the adjusted high water and the <br /> bottom of the leaching." "Any unacceptable dirt is going to he removed." "We're giving <br /> you ' from the adjusted high groundwater but it's not naturally occurring." <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This could be a precedent setting situation." "We require <br /> either the gray/black water separation unit or a strict denitrification unit with u,v. because <br /> of the distance to groundwater." <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "I have some serious problems with this variance request." <br /> Discussion took place regarding the possible installation of a Clivus Multrum. <br /> system. <br /> Mr. Ball stated, "I would like to take this matter under advisement pending further <br /> research on the matter." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to continue this natter pending trthr review of plans, fir. <br /> Ball seconded. <br /> A. Variance requests - 19 Rachelle Court, 124 orchard Road, 20 Quail Hollow <br /> Road and 28 Fairay Lane <br /> 19 Rachelle Court - lair. McQuaid relayed, "The engineer is providing two alternatives <br /> to a water supply." "One.is tie-in to an existing on-site private well if the moratorium is <br /> not lifted, the other is if the moratorium is lifted prior to occupancy town water will <br /> service the dwelling." `Due to this situation the applicant is requesting a ' local <br /> variance from the existing on-site well to the proposed leaching facility." <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant a ' local variance from the existingon-site well to <br /> the proposed leaching facility, lair. Ceram seconded. <br /> 124 orchard Road - lir. McQuaid stated, "The Board previously granted local <br /> variances and now clue to the moratorium the applicant is requesting another variance <br /> from the proposedon-site leaching facility to the proposed on-site well." <br />
