Cram motioned to accept the minutes of October 9, 1997, Mr. Ball seconded. <br /> . Fetter toD.E.P. re: Acte tante of brush- Acknowledged. <br /> 4. Letter to B. Caffvn re: Hle al duan ire - Board members approved the letter as <br /> prepared by Mr. McQuaid. <br /> 5.) . Proposed septic ins ection voligy- Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The new Title v says <br /> that the level below the inlet T must be " whether it be in a cesspool or leaching pit, It <br /> is Ir. Evans opinion and mine that it has to have twenty-four hours retention time before <br /> it canp ass." "I calculated it out, our feeling was that i the cesspool or leaching pit i 4 <br /> full it fails."
