Cram, Sr. <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRf TI N ONLY. <br /> Y. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball, Chairman <br /> 1.) Warrants signed. <br /> 2, NIr. Cram motioned to accept the minutes of October 9, 1997, Mr. Ball seconded. <br /> . Fetter toD.E.P. re: Acte tante of brush- Acknowledged. <br /> 4. Letter to B. Caffvn re: Hle al duan ire - Board members approved the letter as <br /> prepared by Mr. McQuaid. <br /> 5.) . Proposed septic ins ection voligy- Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The new Title v says <br /> that the level below the inlet T must be " whether it be in a cesspool or leaching pit, It <br /> is Ir. Evans opinion and mine that it has to have twenty-four hours retention time before <br /> it canp ass." "I calculated it out, our feeling was that i the cesspool or leaching pit i 4 <br /> full it fails." "If there is l' of separation between the inlet and the liquid level it would be <br /> good for two bedrooms." "If it was 2' it would be good for four bedrooms." "If a three <br /> bedroom House is inspected and it has less than 1 1/' thea it fails. ' "It is policy I <br /> strongly support for the Board'sconsideration." <br /> Mr. Doherty commented, "My opinion is them really shouldn't be a standing <br /> water in the leaching pit." <br /> l r.
